Meet Deb! The founder and manager of Salon 1322, and a stylist who’s behind the chair a couple of days a week. With years of experience, she really enjoys mentoring and navigating Stylists toward a work-life balance and a long successful career.
Specializing in women’s hair cutting enjoying the big or small transformations. To her enjoyment is found in offering easy-to-wear haircuts that fit not only your lifestyle but your head, encouraging you to accept your natural hair color and texture if you are interested and ready. Always happy to make a plan with goals on how to move in that direction.
Deb suggests others for color in-house who are Specialists in Dimensional highlighting services.
This girl loves to eat good food while watching a sunset on the beach with a little yoga or an occasional local Spartan race, so if you have a favorite beach or weekend spot, or new local restaurant please share it.
Deb sees beauty and success in making the most of who we are, with what we got with the least maintenance-required assistance.

Meet Karlijn! She graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2014 where she immediately fell in love with all things color. She is passionate about accentuating your natural beauty and working with your lifestyle to create long-lasting, healthy Blondes and colors of every shade. Her specialties are Dimensional Blondes/ Brondes/Brunettes, Highlights, Foilayage, Vivid colors, and working with curly hair. She believes honest and open communication between the client and the stylist is the key to creating trust. She will always prioritize the integrity of your hair while taking all your needs into account to get you to your dream hair. Karlijn enjoys educating her guests on how to continue to care for and style their hair at home for the best results.
On her days off she enjoys hikes in the mountains, practices yoga, hangs out at the beach, and plans her next camping adventure or concerts with friends. Karlijn loves sharing experiences about food, music, and travel and enjoys painting and drawing finding inspiration in nature, music, and people.

With an honest approach and realistic expectations, the integrity of your hair is her top priority. She has the desire to listen, communicate and understand each client’s wants and needs which brings a feeling of trust and reliability to her services. During her off time, she enjoys going on runs with her dog Harley, enjoying the outdoors, attending concerts, spending time at the beach, and going on road trips. She is excited to bring her talents back to the Bay Area where she was born and raised in Woodside, CA.

maintaining the health of the client’s hair while producing desired results. She is a firm believer that the goal of healthy hair is a partnership between a stylist and a client, and holds this as a high priority with those she works with. When you sit in her chair, she will educate you on your hair type and what it needs to perform its best. Her favorite color services as a Brunette Specialist is lived-in color, Balayage, Foilayage, and Dimensional Blondes who are wanting to add subtle tones to enhance their look. As a color specialist, she does not offer haircut-only services unless done with a color.
When Maloree is not at work, she enjoys anything active! Yoga, hiking with her 2 boys
and husband, working out, and watching Ted Lasso!

Off-hours, she enjoys hiking the hillsides, attending country music concerts, and enjoying time with family, her fiancé, and her dog on the lake. Jazz is an authentic twist of a little country and a dash of chic. Don't be confused by the 4WD truck she drives, she knows uptown.

Katie specializes in Highlighting, Balayage, and Cutting, all the while preserving the integrity of the hair, and really enjoys when she gets to offer creative cutting and coloring, as well as Vivid Color.
Katie is from Riverside and enjoys the outdoors; hiking, roller skating, and hola hooping like no one you have seen! Katie enjoys life at home with her husband, and baby girl and is crazy about her cats, laughing, playing games, and having fun outside with the family.
Genevieve Stone
Meet Genevieve! A Bay Area native whose detail-oriented nature only adds to her status as a custom color artist and extension specialist. With 15+ years behind the chair, Genevieve blends her experience and knowledge to create looks that are not only beautiful but truly tailored to fit each of her guests and their lifestyle. She specializes in a range of color highlighting techniques including Balayage, as well as offering the “instant gratification” service of Extension work. She is a certified Goldwell Master Colorist as well as an Extension Specialist. Genevieve’s passion for her craft and continued education shows through in each guest that sits in her chair.
When Gen isn’t busy sharing her love of hair you can find her keeping busy with her husband and four children. She enjoys being active including working out, kickboxing, hiking, and all things sport related. Gen enjoys getting in any sort of travel that she can when she can.

She offers all color services, as well as the current Lived-in looks of color. With naturally curly hair herself, she specializes in and enjoys various textures and education on how to tame and style curly hair. Gina is one of our senior stylists and has years of experience in cutting and coloring, loves to laugh, and is always in the know of what's in the newest People magazine (actually keeps her own copy at her station). Gina enjoys taking great care of her clients.
As a busy wife and mom to a beautiful daughter who keeps her busy with dances she enjoys yearly family vacations to Hawaii and Tahoe and visits to see family. Sitting with Gina is always a pleasant experience.

Enjoying offering all forms of Balayage, Foliage, Foil highlights & Creative color blends, Stephanie likes to stay on trend but is well-versed in the classics.
Stephanie has worked in SF, LA, and NYC over the last 20 years, moving to the burbs in late 2018 when she was ready for a new chapter and was also tired of looking for parking.
When Stephanie is not working, you can find her in the sunshine with her daughter, family & friends. She loves to travel, snorkel, wakeboard, run, tan, eat complex & simple food, laugh out loud, dig deep, & balance it all one day at a time.

Meet Tracy! If you have been coming to 1322 for a while you have met. Tracy has been around since she was in high school first as a guest, then a summer job running the desk, then as a licensed Cosmetologist.
Leaving us to raise three children she has returned as our savior, making sure the running of the day for all the stylists and guests goes smoothly. Keeping us in the know, orderly, and on time is a valuable gift to us all.
Off time is enjoyed traveling with her family, spending time with her friends, and designing her Jewelry.
