Hello, I am Deb, founder of Salon 1322. It’s great to meet you! I want to share a little about who I am, how Salon 1322 and my interest in hair started.
I was born and raised here in the San Francisco Bay Area. Growing up, my biggest influencer was my Mom. I watched my (unlicensed) mother doing hair in the kitchen for anyone that would sit and allow it. I admired her natural talent, her style, and the knack she had for styling women's hair. She did it with a passion, which she passed down to me. It wasn't long before I was doing my friends' hair while in Junior High School. I entered Cosmetology school right out of high school.
I enjoy life behind the chair a few days a week now, and I am as passionate about mentoring, supporting, and growing each stylist and their businesses. My goal is for them to thrive and lead a healthy, wealthy, and balanced life doing exactly the services they enjoy serving our guests.
Over the years I have been careful to hire the best of humans to offer consistent high-quality luxe services. Maintaining a professional and relaxing environment along with a fun working environment for all the stylists has been my goal.
Keeping up with advanced techniques has helped our knowledge base and to have the inspiration to deliver the best plan for the client’s hair texture, head shape, and current color trends and safest hair extension applications.
Equally important to us is your daily routine of styling and the benefit of the how-tos of maintaining healthy hair and scalp wellness at home. Your hair should feel as amazing at home as it does the day you leave the salon and we educate you on that.
Collectively, we offer different days and times and our stylists specialize in the services they offer, using only the finest of products as we are an Exclusive Kerastase Salon focused on hair and scalp health.
